2. Currency

All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar). If you use a non-USD card, your bank may apply currency-conversion fees.

3. Payment Authorization & Verification

All orders are subject to verification to prevent fraud and protect customers. Verification may include:

8. Refunds for Returned Orders

Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy and are issued only to the original payment method.

Total estimated refund time: Up to 5 business days. If your refund has not appeared within 7 business days, contact your bank first, then email support@amtiot.com.

If the original card has expired, your bank typically routes the refund to your updated card per their policies.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you suspect a billing error, contact us first so we can investigate. Unjustified chargebacks may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or ineligibility for future purchases. We will cooperate with payment processors and provide documentation when disputes arise.

10. Updating or Changing Payment Information
