4. What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice?

5. DMCA Counter-Notice Procedure
If your content was removed and you believe that removal was in error, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your full legal name and physical or electronic signature.
- Contact information (email, mailing address, phone number).
- Identification of the removed content and its original location.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. Federal District Court and accepting service of process from the original complainant.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within the time period required by law.
6. Repeat Infringement Policy
amtiot.com enforces a zero-tolerance policy for repeat infringement. Accounts or users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their access restricted or terminated, listings removed permanently, and future submissions prohibited.
7. Misrepresentation & Bad-Faith Claims
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent DMCA notices or counter-notices is strictly prohibited. Persons who knowingly misrepresent claims may be liable for damages, attorney fees, and loss of access to our platform. We take bad-faith submissions seriously to protect rights holders and legitimate users.
8. Removal, Restoration & Record Retention
We retain records of DMCA notices, counter-notices, removal logs, and restoration decisions to ensure transparency and legal compliance. Content may remain disabled until disputes are resolved.
9. Use of Copyrighted Material on amtiot.com
Users, designers, and contributors must ensure that any submitted content is owned by them or properly licensed. By submitting content, users grant amtiot.com a limited license to display that content unless restricted by law. We may remove content that appears to violate third-party rights.
10. Updates to This DMCA Policy
We may update or amend this policy to reflect legal changes, operational improvements, or compliance updates. All revisions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
