At Amtiot, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel or modify their orders. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible while ensuring timely processing and fast shipping.
This Cancel & Change Order Policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and limitations for modifying or canceling an order placed on amtiot.com. It applies to all orders shipped within the 50 U.S. states and processed using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once processing begins, cancellation or modifications are no longer guaranteed.

2. Order Cancellation Policy
2.1 When Cancellation Is Allowed
You may cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as processing has not begun.

How to Request Cancellation

Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for cancellation
Response time: within 24 hours (business days).
2.2 When Cancellation Is Not Possible
- Order is being packed
- Shipping label has been created
- Order has shipped
- Order was placed more than 12 hours ago
If shipped, you must wait for delivery and then initiate a return per our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Changing or Modifying an Order
We support changes whenever possible, depending on the processing stage.
3.1 Types of Changes Allowed
- Size change
- Color change
- Product swap
- Shipping address correction
- Contact information update
- Remove or add items
Changes must be requested before processing begins.
3.2 Address Changes
Address corrections must be submitted immediately.

3.3 Product Changes
Product changes depend on stock availability.
- If the new item costs more → we send a secure payment link
- If it costs less → difference is refunded to the original payment method
4. Fees Related to Cancellation or Changes
- No cancellation fees if order has not entered processing
- No fees for correcting customer details before processing
- Carrier rerouting fees (if applicable) are charged by the carrier, not us
5. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped:
- It cannot be canceled
- It cannot be changed
Customers must wait for delivery and then request a return. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for:
- 30-day return window
- No return or restocking fees
- Refunds processed within 5 days of item receipt
Lost or delayed packages may require a carrier investigation. Our support team will assist.
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Out-of-Stock Situations
If an item becomes unavailable before processing:
- Full refund
- Replacement of equal value
- Store credit
6.2 Duplicate Orders
If duplicate orders were placed, notify us immediately. We will cancel and refund the extra order if it has not shipped.
6.3 Checkout Mistakes
Mistakes like wrong size, variant, or quantity must be reported within 12 hours.
