1.3 Can I change my order?
Changes to address, size, or items can be made only before the order enters processing/fulfillment. Once processing begins, changes are not possible.
1.4 Can I cancel my order?
Yes—if the order has not entered fulfillment. Once processed, packed, or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

2.1 What are your shipping times?
Our timeline follows our Shipping Policy:

2.2 Which carriers do you use?

2.5 My package shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

3.3 When will I receive my refund?

4. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

Before processing begins. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Contact us immediately. If processing has not started, we will update the address. After fulfillment begins, changes are not possible.
